The game

Change My Mind is a skill-based prize competition. An AI defends a stated position; entrants attempt to change its mind through argument. Outcomes depend on the quality of your reasoning — not on chance. The first entrant whose argument genuinely persuades the AI (verified by an independent automated judge) wins the prize pool for that challenge, minus the stated house fee.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to hold an account. One account per person.

Credits, buy-ins and refunds

• 100 credits = £1.00.
• While the platform operates in simulated payments mode (clearly indicated in the app), credits are play money: purchases and withdrawals move no real funds and credits have no monetary value.
• Joining a challenge costs its stated buy-in, which is added to the prize pool.
• You may withdraw from a challenge — fully refunded — at any time before it starts.
• Once a challenge starts, buy-ins are final and non-refundable. If the challenge clock expires with no winner, the prize pool is retained by the house. Joining a challenge that is already running commits your buy-in immediately.
• Each buy-in includes a limited number of debate turns (currently 20).

Fair play

Win by argument, nothing else. Attempting to trick, instruct, or otherwise manipulate the AI into a false concession is prohibited. Every debate exchange is recorded and automatically reviewed; flagged attempts may void winnings and lead to account closure. Decisions on disputed outcomes are made from the recorded transcript and are final.

Content

Debate topics are deliberately provocative two-sided statements; the AI's positions are game content, not the operator's views. You are responsible for what you write. Unlawful, hateful or defamatory content may be removed and accounts suspended.
